When You Reach Me is a mind tingling book that will leave you wanting more. Miranda is an average kid until her best friend Sal gets punched by a kid on the street and doesn't talk to Miranda anymore. After that Miranda's life is like a bumpy dirt road that nobody will fix. Her mom is a contestant on the 20,000 pyramid game show so Miranda and her moms boyfriend Richard help prepare her for the time of her life. This is only one of the many (and a very small one that is) dramas going on in this girls life. Miranda gets a note that says "i am coming to save your friends life and my own. I ask two favors. first you must write me a letter..." And as anyone would be was scared. And on top of the notes there was a crazy guy on her corner that would yell things at the sky and kick at the cars in the street. Will Miranda figure out what the notes mean? Will she be able to get over Sal and make new friends? Learn in When You Reach Me by: Rebecca Stead. I absolutely loved this book. It was a real page turn.

Find out what happens to Connie and Sol in this delicious book. This book will make you nervous and keep you turning the pages. It's very adventurous. However I wish it was a bit longer.

I really loved this book. It was the best book I've ever read!

Camilla is the popular girl, Katie-Rose is the girl who loves documentary, Yasaman is the computer freak and shy girl, and finally Violet is the new girl. The only thing these girls have in common is that they're in fifth grade and that they all have flower names (Yasaman means Jasaman in Spanish.) The girls barely know each others names until Camilla loses her lucky bobble head turtle and Medessa the mean girl gets a hold of it. Meanwhile Yasaman made a cool website like Face book. This book was fabulous, I couldn't put it down. Can the girls get the turtle back and give the mean girls a little payback? See in Luv Ya Bunches.

My Last Best Friend is about a fourth grade girl named Ida May whose best friend Elizabeth moves away. After that Ida promises herself she will never have another best friend. But when Stacey Merriweather moves in  things change. Ida sends secret notes to Stacey. I really liked this book although I don't think it gave you some information.

Sword of the Ramurai

Sword of the Ramurai is about when five friends get taken through time to Japan by their wise friend Rhetorical. When they get there Ramses is mistaken for a samurai because of his sword. He is asked to fight in a battle. Will they get back to their time before Ramses goes and fights? At the beginning of this book I was kind of bored, but as I kept reading I really started to get into it. I like how this book can be for boys and girls.

The BSG are going to the Abigail Adams Valentines Day dance. Charlotte thinks her crush Nick likes someone else, and Meave is going crazy over not having any boy ask her to the dance yet. Each girl is worrying about something. I think book was fantabulous, as Meave would say.

Freestyle With Avery

This book is part of the series Beacon Street Girls. Avery Madden goes on vacation to see her dad in Colorado. Soon Avery realizes that her dad is dating a woman named Andie who has a 13 year old daughter named Kazie. Kazie seems really annoying and full of herself, but soon Avery and Kazie become good friends. Avery is very sporty and is friends with a lot of boys, so it wasn't a surprise when she met Jason who was an animal lover like Jason. I really would recommend this book to others. I couldn't put it down!
